Accounts Payable Supervisor Bristol (on-site) Full-time, Permanent Salary: £36,000 We’re working with a forward-thinking business that is growing across the UK and Europe. As they continue to evolve and improve their operations, they are looking for a talented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting a team. You’ll be at the heart of the accounts payable function, helping to ensure smooth supplier payments, efficient expense processing, and strong financial controls. Duties involve Processing supplier invoices and credit notes with precision Supporting supplier onboarding and ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures Managing payment runs across multiple banks and legal entities Handling employee and company card expenses, ensuring policy compliance Taking ownership of AP tasks and assisting colleagues with their responsibilities Leading month‑end processes and resolving escalated queries Maintaining clear documentation to support training and team coverage Contributing to process improvements and supporting automation tools Assisting with other finance-related tasks as needed Essential Skills & Experience At least 3 years’ experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Desirable Experience in hospitality, property, or similar industries Familiarity with working across multiple legal entities We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support.
