The team are looking for a talented lawyer to join them as a New Qualified or 1-year PQE in Leeds. With a strong rating in Chambers and an enviable FTSE 250 client list, this is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary banking practice with national and international reach.What will you be doing?Working from our offices in Leeds, you will be part of our Leeds practice and a member of our national banking team. You will have the opportunity to work with great clients on high value and complex transactions including international as well as domestic financings, refinancings and restructurings. One day you might be part of the team advising a lender on an investment property financing transaction with a borrower group based in multiple overseas jurisdictions, or working with a private equity investor on the financing aspects of a corporate acquisition. The next you could be working with a client on debt restructuring or advising a public sector body in connection with a residential development transaction.Ideal candidateYou'll be a newly qualified lawyer or have 1 year of post-qualification experience with good general banking transactional experience.
