They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They give customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.Main Duties include:Delivering products to customers within a mile radiusEnsuring high levels of customer service at all timesProviding feedback on customer and competitor activityLoading your vehicle according to proceduresCollecting customer returns as requiredCarrying out daily vehicle checksHelping in the warehouse as neededAssisting with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as requiredWorking hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.About YouWhat you'll need to succeed:Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 pointsGood knowledge of the mile radius of the branchPrevious delivery driver experienceUnderstanding of excellent customer service standardsAbility to meet deadlines and good time management skillsCustomer-focused, driven, and willing to go the extra mileAbout UsGSF Car Parts is one of the UK’s leading automotive parts distributors, supplying thousands of independent garages throughout the UK and Ireland with parts, tools, garage equipment, and training.
