About the JobQuarter’s Washington Guesthouse is looking for a part‑time Breakfast Chef (15‑20 hours per week) to join our team and deliver a full English breakfast on all weekdays and weekends.Role DetailsWork 4‑5 short morning shifts per week (15‑20 hours total)Shifts start at 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends; shift length is 3.5‑4 hours (finish 9:30‑10:30am)Hourly pay: £12.50Primary responsibility: prepare and cook breakfast, keep ingredients hot, plate dishes, and maintain a clean kitchenWork largely independently, with minimal front‑of‑house interactionFood hygiene and food allergen training certificates are arranged for candidates who do not already possess themTypical DayOn arrival you’ll begin preparing breakfast ingredients and ‘hot hold’ food to ensure everything is ready before guests start arriving. Eggs are prepared to order, and you plate all dishes without the use of chafing dishes.
