Apprenticeship Coach – 18 month FTC Employment type: Fixed Term Contract for 18 months. Salary: £38,000 per annum. Hours per week: 37. Reporting into: Apprenticeship Manager. Department: Corporate Learning. Location: Remote (minimal travel to Coventry). About the role As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will guide and support apprentices throughout their degree apprenticeship at Arden. Your primary focus will be to empower learners as they develop the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for success. You will be assigned a group of candidates and will monitor and support their progress towards successful end point assessment (EPA). Key responsibilities Guide and support apprentices through their learning journey. Empower learners to build essential skills and behaviours. Provide detailed feedback, set meaningful actions, and offer regular tailored guidance. Monitor progress and ensure successful EPA completion. Maintain apprenticeship compliance and complete essential administration tasks with attention to detail. About you Skilled at guiding and supporting apprentices every step of the way. Experienced in taking learners from starting point to successful EPA completion. Deep understanding of leadership principles, coaching methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of apprenticeship compliance and quality.
