They specialise in complex residential projects and work closely with investors, housing associations and developers, delivering technically demanding schemes through a collaborative, detail-driven approach.As a Design Coordinator, you will coordinate design activities across high-rise residential developments, ensuring information flow, compliance and quality.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate design information between internal teams, consultants and subcontractorsReview drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirementsManage and resolve design queries, risks and technical challengesSupport preconstruction activities where requiredEnsure accurate documentation and track progress against design milestonesFacilitate collaboration across design, construction and client teamsRequired experienceHigh-rise residential project experience (essential)RIBA Stages 3-5 delivery experience (essential)Background in design coordination with either a technical or design-led route (essential)Preconstruction experience (desirable)Façade, recladding or remediation experience (advantageous)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to confidently review, interpret and challenge technical detailsBenefitsCar or travel allowancePensionPrivate healthcareBusiness travel expensesDiscretionary bonusWe are also considering freelance candidates for this position.
