You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day commercial activities, supporting bid and tender processes, managing client onboarding, and contributing to business development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables.Lead Expressions Of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification.Review contracts and agreements, identifying negotiation points and challenges.Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence.Maintain memberships and subscriptions.Support onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register.Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides.Collaborate on Business Development event summaries and presentation materials.Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments.Issue and maintain HSE statistics, forms, and documentation.Skills & QualificationsStrong time management and ability to meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Excellent administrative and technical skills.Ability to read and interpret instructions accurately.Personal AttributesOrganised and able to multitask effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team-oriented with a flexible approach to work.Committed to supporting colleagues and contributing to team success.All personnel are introduced to Fulkrum’s Health and Safety policies during onboarding.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Commercial Analyst to showcase their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
