Known for its specialist expertise in residential property transactions and commitment to delivering practical, client focused legal solutions, the firm offers a supportive, professional environment with a strong emphasis on work life balance and flexible working. This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE who is confident managing a full conveyancing caseload independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Handle all aspects of transactions from instruction through to post-completion.Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.Review and interpret title documents; liaise with Land Registry and Registry of Deeds.Identify and resolve title issues; advise on restrictive covenants, easements, and other legal matters.Maintain high standards of client care through clear and timely communication.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal risk management procedures.Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (flexible working arrangements available).Location: Belfast Office.Essential Experience & SkillsQualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 3–5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.Proven ability to manage files independently and meet competing deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution focused approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Flexible working arrangements to support work life balance.Competitive salary, reflective of experience.Friendly, professional team with a shared commitment to quality work.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive leadership and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.If you would like a confidential discussion about the role, please contact Orla Milligan at Pathway.At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
