Our Benefits About The Role Soulbury Points 14 – 17 plus 3 SPA points £62,197 - £66,432 per annum (2025 pay award pending) In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of our placements and sufficiency services, ensuring an exceptional experience for students, staff, and partners. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team to manage key operational processes, streamline workflows, and implement service enhancements that align with institutional priorities. Working closely with colleagues across schools and professional services, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we attract, admit, and support students through their placement journeys. You’ll also embrace our Hounslow value of Harnessing the Mix – working across pillars and disciplines to share insights, seek different perspectives, and unlock the collective creativity and problem‑solving power of our teams. You’ll drive improvement, inspire your team, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the council to deliver lasting impact. Build strong relationships across the council and with partners, representing your service confidently at a senior level. Use your analytical skills to interpret complex information and provide clear, informed insight to senior leaders and colleagues. Demonstrate self‑motivation and strong organisational skills, managing your workload effectively and meeting shared deadlines. Lead and deliver through change, driving continuous improvement, digital innovation, and alignment with council priorities including EDI and climate action.
