About the Role We are currently seeking a committed Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) in Tunbridge Wells office to join our growing team. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day matters on behalf of clients in all property conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and land transactions. Regularly liaise with estate agents and financial advisors. Explain complex legal matters to clients in an understandable manner. Oversee financial control, including cashflow management, collection of monies on account, and billing procedures. Provide accurate and timely conveyancing quotations. Meet agreed targets for time recording, billing, and cost recovery. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure high standards of client care are exercised in a professional and pleasant manner at all times. Participate in marketing activities and leverage networking and business development opportunities. Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential.
