Form F Assessor – South Location: Bristol, South West Contract: Bank/Zero Hour Contract, Sessional Role Type: Bank/Zero Hour Contract, Sessional Salary: £2000 per completed Form F Role Overview Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking independent, self‑employed Form F Assessors to undertake Form F assessments for prospective Foster Parents. Responsibilities Assess and prepare prospective Foster Parents. Counsel applicants not suitable for the organisation. Prepare Form F reports for the Fostering Panel. Present assessments to the Fostering Panel. Work independently, to a high standard and within specified timescales. Benefits Competitive professional fees.
