If you thrive on hitting targets, delivering exceptional service, and want to be part of a supportive team, this role is for you 🎯 Key Responsibilities Handle all new business enquiries and provide accurate insurance quotations. Work as part of a phone-based team managing both inbound calls from marketing campaigns and outbound calls to customers requesting contact. Understand customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions across a range of products. Convert enquiries into sales by arranging insurance policies for the coming year. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout the sales process. Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines when discussing insurance products. Manage customer information accurately and update systems as required. Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience. Participate in ongoing training and development to build product knowledge and sales skills. 🔍 What We're Looking For Experience of working in a customer facing environment either in person or over the phone. Confidence to learn and develop through continuous training. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Enthusiastic and out-going personality. Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve goals. Good numeracy and literacy skills, along with competent IT skills. High standards of integrity, honesty, and quality of work. Strong customer focus with an empathetic nature. Positive attitude and a 'Can do' mindset.
