Program Manager – Electric Vehicles Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland This global industrial technology company is creating products that improve the performance, reliability, and cost of battery electric systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of this newly founded program is completed on time and within budget. You will help shape the future and day‑to‑day activities of this team, and, as a senior team member, you will enable the team to focus on continuous improvement and enhanced optimisation strategies building for the future of this initiative. Why this role? This company has won major deals with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and works with market leaders in the automotive industry. As part of this electrification team – which uses the most cutting‑edge technologies in the organisation – you will gain hands‑on experience and work on creating sustainable, environmentally aware products. You will be part of a team spearheading this new initiative in a growing sector of the automotive industry. Responsibilities Lead multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Manage the implementations and electrification of vehicles throughout the entire programme. Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meet with stakeholders to facilitate easy and transparent communication regarding project issues and decisions. Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Qualifications A university degree required (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience in either hardware or software programme delivery. Competent, confident, and able to take charge. Strong organisational, planning and time‑management skills to achieve results. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Benefits Work with cutting‑edge technology in a growing industry.
