Senior Transactional Manager

You will oversee all supplier payments and financial transactions, leading a team of 18 across accounts payable, receivable, and other finance areas. The role reports directly to the Group Finance Director and combines operational responsibilities with strategic influence.Key Responsibilities:Own the full accounts processing function – including AP, AR, GNFR, imports, and intercompany transactions across multiple entities.Lead supplier payment operations – ensuring efficient and compliant processing domestically and internationally.Drive reporting and insights – providing performance updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Champion process improvements – streamline workflows to enhance efficiency.Lead ERP transformation – influence the rollout of a new finance system.Develop and manage a high-performing team – ensuring resource alignment and performance.Ensure governance and compliance – uphold controls and audit readiness.Candidate Profile:Ideal candidates will have senior leadership experience in high-volume transactional finance, with a proven track record of operational excellence and leading teams through change.
