Leadership Development Programme. 24/7 Learning Library – accessible for everyone Responsibilities Work four 10‑hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours; hours can be any time between 6am and 10pm, Monday‑Sunday, scheduled 3‑weeks in advance. Drive up to 2 hours to venue of the day; public transport may be used. Plan route, travel to venue, set up kit, greet customers. Perform health assessments (PAD, ECG, phlebotomy once qualified, lung function, body composition, short fitness tests). Offer advice on further testing where appropriate and maintain accurate administration records. Do not relay results or further lifestyle advice after assessments are complete. Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a standard‑sized car. Availability to work any day Monday‑Sunday and any time 6am–10pm on rota basis. Computer, laptop, phone, or tablet competence. Clear DBS (criminal records check). Willingness to travel up to 2 hours and occasional overnight stays. Live within 2‑hour distance of role location.
