SPF Property Loans Administrator – CER Financial Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Location: West End, London, United Kingdom Employment type: Full‑time, Permanent Seniority level: Mid‑Senior Level Job function: Finance and Sales cer Financial is working alongside an international bank based in the West End and is seeking a Property Loans Administrator to work with them on a permanent basis. Responsibilities Operate within the bank’s controls and risk management procedures. Liaise with the bank’s Operations, Treasury, Credit Department and Compliance teams. Work in a team with other SPF members. Create and maintain client loan account records. Monitor limit and expiry reports. Obtain client references where required. Instruct the bank’s professionals (including solicitors, surveyors and quantity surveyors) and ensure that all reports received are satisfactory; liaise with the managers within SPF to discuss contents and suitability of all such reports and with the bank’s Credit Department. Check and release payments, both for initial drawdowns of loans and subsequent interim certificates from quantity surveyors. Monitor all loan and professional panel insurance requirements and maintain a diary system to ensure renewal of policies. Ensure fees and charges are taken in line with loan agreements. Deal with the opening and closing of client accounts, liaising with the bank’s Operations Department. Deal with Customer Due Diligence reviews. Deal with partial and full loan redemptions, in conjunction with the bank’s solicitors. Deal with loan extensions, in conjunction with the managers within SPF. Assist with the production of management information. Undertake and be involved with any projects being undertaken by SPF. Qualifications Educated to GCSE level or higher. Not less than 5 years general banking experience, including at least 2 years in a property lending environment. Strong Excel skills. Literate in Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
