Cleaning Operative Required Days per week: 2 days per week – Monday and Wednesday. Hours per clean: 2 hours per clean. Times: Flexible – Anytime between 8am - 3pm. Responsible for cleaning office areas, toilets, kitchen and reception. Start date: ASAP. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a focus on attention to detail and excellent service delivery. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities. Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements. Experience Previous experience in commercial or domestic cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites. Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication. Customer service skills are desirable, with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy. Strong communication skills are necessary to coordinate tasks efficiently and address client needs confidently.
