Working three days per week in the office, you’ll be based at one of two offices in the Dartford area, depending on your preference. The organisation offers a brilliant opportunity to grow and a genuinely collaborative workplace culture where people are supported to grow.You’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the organisation’s financial operations, supporting schools and the central finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and process purchase orders, managing approximately 10–20 per month, ensuring accuracy and timely approvalsLiaise with school business managers and the central finance team to support day-to-day financial activityManage credit card processes and ensure all expenditure is recorded and reconciled appropriatelyPrepare and process payroll change forms for around 50 staff membersSupport director-level stakeholders with requisitions and other finance-related tasksMaintain accurate financial records and contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial systems and proceduresWhy JoinYou’ll be joining a values-led public sector organisation with a strong sense of purpose, where collaboration, support, and professional development are at the heart of how the team works.
