The Role Legend is hiring a Delivery Lead to join our team supporting some of our most complex and strategically important areas in the Gaming Pillar. You will report into the Senior Delivery Manager for the Gaming Product Portfolio and play a key role in driving clarity, alignment and execution across multiple fast‑moving product networks. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high‑impact initiatives, influence how we deliver at scale and shape outcomes in a fast‑paced cross‑functional environment. You will lead delivery efforts from planning through to execution, support teams in navigating complexity and help embed strong delivery practices across multiple squads. Working closely with other Delivery Leads, Product Managers and cross‑functional development teams you will lead projects, manage dependencies effectively and help optimise delivery systems across the pillar. You will also contribute to broader agile transformation efforts, helping teams continuously improve how they work. Your Impact Lead and deliver high‑impact initiatives: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects, proactively guiding teams through planning, execution and iterative releases. Ensure clear scope, effective prioritisation and alignment with strategic objectives. Apply agile project management practices: Bring structure and momentum to delivery by pragmatically applying agile methods, managing continuous planning cycles and keeping delivery on track through clear task sequencing, tracking and reporting. Proactively manage stakeholder risks and dependencies: Serve as a key coordination point across teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, identify delivery risks and interdependencies early and ensure timely, informed decision‑making. Drive cross‑squad coordination and alignment: Collaborate closely with other delivery leads to maintain visibility across squads, align planning and timelines and support seamless execution of interconnected initiatives. Optimise ways of working and champion continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements collaboratively with teams and delivery leads, promote agile principles, leverage delivery metrics and foster a culture of learning that drives sustainable efficiency at scale. Lead change management efforts: Guide squads and stakeholders through delivery process changes and improvements, communicating rationale clearly, managing resistance and embedding new ways of working sustainably across teams. What You’ll Bring Strong delivery and project management skills: Proven experience leading complex projects end to end with a focus on prioritisation, risk mitigation and delivering outcomes on time and within scope. Agile expertise and continuous improvement mindset: Deep understanding of agile principles and frameworks with experience applying them pragmatically to optimise delivery processes and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management: Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across product, engineering and business teams; adept at managing expectations, facilitating collaboration and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive risk, issue and dependency management: Skilled at identifying potential risks and blockers early, developing mitigation strategies and coordinating resolution efforts across teams. Process optimisation and change management experience: Demonstrated ability to identify delivery process improvements, lead change initiatives and embed new ways of working in complex cross‑functional environments. Strong collaboration and influencing skills: Able to work effectively with key stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate efforts and drive delivery excellence.
