You’ll use Sage Line 50 and an internal CRM to manage invoicing, chase overdue balances and maintain accurate internal accounts. The role also involves stock control and ordering from suppliers to support operations. Key responsibilities Proactively chase overdue payments by phone and email and reduce aged debt Raise sales invoices and process credit notes in Sage Line 50 Maintain internal accounts and assist with reconciliations Perform stock control tasks and update inventory records Place and monitor orders with suppliers and manage delivery queries Update and manage customer records in the CRM Produce daily/weekly reports for the finance manager Skills & experience Previous experience in credit control, accounts or a finance admin role Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Practical experience of Sage Line 50 (essential) Experience with a CRM is desirable; training will be provided Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload Alternate job titles that may match: Accounts Assistant, Collections Agent, Finance Administrator.
