Expected on‑target earnings (OTE) range from £35,000 to £37,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available. Overview Join our dedicated team as a Specialist Hygiene Technician at the Croydon branch, covering the KT, TW, NW, and SW postcode areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this permanent full‑time role could be for you. Key Responsibilities Provide a wide range of hygiene cleaning services, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage recovery, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high‑level cleaning, and silo cleaning. Work reactively in a fast‑paced business where work may change from week to week. Participate in an on‑call rota (typically twice a quarter). Offer valuable advice to customers when required. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times. Requirements Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points. Self‑motivated, reliable, and proactive. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs. Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Possible DBS check requirement depending on the role applied for. Benefits Company vehicle and fuel card.
