Responsibilities Ensuring the store is set up to the best standard to drive sales and make for a smoother customer experience Leading teams to ensure that standards, regulations and laws are met while trading Managing stores to ensure smooth operational running, and customer experiences Be at the forefront of making our customers feel welcome and ensuring they enjoy their shopping experience. You will get stuck into a variety of activities that will go beyond 9‑5. Your role will involve early starts, late finishes and weekends, as well as working bank holidays and during peak times of the year. It's hard work for sure, but it's also very rewarding. What You'll Be Doing Join our 2‑year Convenience Graduate Scheme to use your entrepreneurial spirit to lead your own store and a team of great colleagues Your journey will begin in stores gaining invaluable experience on how to deliver great service to our customers. You'll work with different store teams, gaining an overview of how stores of all sizes operate to grow your knowledge. You'll quickly move into running your own team of colleagues where you'll lead the delivery of great service and availability every day.
