Lift Service Engineer In Newcastle

Duties to include, but not limited to:Carry out scheduled maintenance visits, repairs and breakdowns as instructedTo carry out all work in accordance with company procedures, standards, safety policies and time framesMaintain good communication with customers and the officePerforms other related duties incidental to the work described herein. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties requiredEssential Requirement's (mandatory):Able to read and understand electrical, mechanical drawingsProblem/fault finding capabilityTo prioritise and plan work schedule in advance with Service Co-ordinatorCommunicate precisely both in writing and verballyWork from own initiative with minimum supervisionWork as a team member as required on multi-person activitiesMaintain smart appearanceParticipate in on-call rotaWork overtime & travel as and when business requiresMaintain a full clean driving licenseOperate company Service Management system using smart phone to report attendance; site surveys and equipment informationAdditional Requirement's:Comply with company handbook and relevant company Health and Safety standardsComply with company vehicle policyLocation: Newcastle with routine UK wide travel and occasional overseasQualifications:Time served Engineer with one of the following:J5 & J25 ModulesNVQ3 in Lift EngineeringRelevant Engineering qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
