Vacancy Name: Delivery Manager - CRM ServicesVacancy No: VN405Employment Type: Full-TimeBusiness Name: PayPoint Network LtdLocation: Hybrid (with some travel to Welwyn Garden City)What will you be doing?Working within our CRM Services team, you will lead two cross-functional engineering teams to deliver and support our CRM platforms using DevOps principles. You will be adept at delivering complex IT change and removing any barriers to delivery to create an environment in which the team can succeed. You will coach team members and facilitate continuous improvement, applying the most appropriate agile and DevOps techniques to maintain focus on delivering value against the product or transformation vision.The Delivery Manager will be responsible for all line management aspects of the team and will be experienced in leading and creating high-performance and motivated teams, where people are engaged and excited about the outcomes they deliver.Key points of the role:DevOps Delivery: Accountable for delivering change and products using agile and DevOps principles through cross-functional engineering teams. Responsible for delivery practice, quality of outputs, and providing quality estimates and forecasts at different stages of the delivery lifecycle.Line Management: Accountable for the line management of all team members, including contract staff.
