Summary This is a high-impact opportunity to define strategy, drive growth, and shape the market presence of one of the UK's most distinctive management consultancies. Working closely with the US Financial Services leadership team, you’ll play a central role in expanding our footprint in the UK by delivering complex, high-value initiatives that combine deep industry expertise with best-in-class consulting capabilities. You Will Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives in banking and payments organizations. Lead large, complex engagements across North Highland’s capabilities: Strategy, Technology, People & Change, Experience Design, Data & Analytics, and Programme & Project Management. Shape and deliver transformation programs in digital banking, payments modernization, and operational efficiency, creating measurable, sustainable client value. Inspire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing consulting team while fostering a collaborative, results‑driven culture. Ideally, We’d Like Proven leadership experience in a management consultancy, Big 4 firm, or professional services organization, with deep expertise in Banking, Digital Payments, or Financial Services Technology. Demonstrated ability to define and execute business strategies, and grow a practice or business unit. Strong professional network and a track record of winning and expanding client engagements in banking and payments. Experience leading large, complex transformations, including digital banking, payments modernization, or operational transformation. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level. Collaborative leadership style that balances strategic vision with operational delivery.
