Change Management Consultant – Aerospace & Defence Capgemini Invent Manchester, United Kingdom Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Business Development and Sales Industries: Business Consulting and Services Responsibilities Define the training strategy for an SAP deployment focusing on Production Planning and Materials Management. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand training requirements. Support the creation and delivery of SAP training materials and sessions. Provide hands‑on coaching and guidance to business users during Business Acceptance Testing. Additional Role Activities Business Development – lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, and client hosting at events. Internal contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Learning & Development – training to support career development and skill demand, certifications, etc. Qualifications & Profile Industry know‑how: experience in aerospace manufacturing. SAP familiarity: understanding of SAP Production Planning and Materials Management processes. Change management skills: able to guide teams through new ways of working, deliver training, communicate clearly. Current experience in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting background; proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization, securing support and commitment from peers for consulting solutions. Experience of proposition building and delivery. Business development – utilizing the organization’s pre‑existing relationships, company relationships, and own network.
