Job Summary We have an opportunity available within the Building, Engineering and Maintenance (BEM) team for a Systems and CAFM Development Manager to provide expert management and leadership skills and have a wide range of responsibilities to ensure effective development, management and operation of the services within Estates and Facilities. You would be responsible for data quality, developing and ensuring compliance of the policies, procedures and accountability arrangements pertaining to data and information exchange throughout the BEM department. You would also project manage the works relating to BEM data, information collection and development of process and procedures and develop and maintain a document management structure within the BEM department. Main duties of the job You will be a senior member of the BEM team and will provide expert management and leadership skills and have a wide range of responsibilities to ensure effective development, management and operation of the services within Estates and Facilities including; BEM asset management SFG 20 maintenance and specification data Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) data Annual data collection pertaining to the completion of the Premises Assurance Model (PAM) Creation of board and compliance reports Responsible for data quality, developing and ensuring compliance of the policies, procedures and accountability arrangements pertaining to data and information exchange throughout the BEM department. Project managing the works relating to BEM data, information collection and development of process and procedures. Developing and maintaining a document management structure within the BEM department.
