Your role As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Experience in Temenos T24 Core banking application with very good working knowledge on various T24 modules. Ability to analyze production issues, logs and provide resolutions for the same. Ability to work with development engineers for L3 defects, provide them inputs, test them and promote them to production. Ability to analyze T24 issues in core or customized modules, develop small fixes and test them. Review defect fixes or new features delivered from a production standpoint and provide suggestions for any design improvements. Have the zeal to address customer issues at odd hours and weekends as required. Willingness to support close of business issues on a regular basis as required. Specific experience in the below Temenos Modules: T24 core Modules (CUS, ACC, TT, FT, SWIFT, GL etc.) T24 - AA loans & AA Deposits, Lending & mortgage modules Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) – exposure or basic knowledge Ability to guide, plan and manage small teams and address production tickets and issues. Ability to understand core banking requirements, correlate it to the features available in Temenos and help in any proposals, estimate and provide solutions and document them. Preferred Working experience in Agile and Waterfall models. Good Functional knowledge of Core banking and surround systems. Ability to write Functional and Technical solution documents for Core banking requirements around Temenos. Personal High analytical skills. A high degree of initiative and flexibility.
