We work across commercial, industrial and urban sites and we’re looking for a Senior Electrician who wants to get involved and help grow the business with us. What you’ll be doing Running and overseeing electrical installation projects on site Leading small teams and setting the standard for quality and safety Working closely with the directors to keep projects on track and clients happy Supporting junior electricians and helping build a strong site culture Taking ownership, from planning to testing and handover What we’re looking for At least 5 years of experience running electrical projects Fully qualified with NVQ Level 3 and AM2 2391 and/or SSSTS would be a bonus (but not essential) A solid understanding of commercial and industrial electrical work Someone who takes pride in their craft, works well in a team, and isn’t afraid to lead from the front Based around Northants, Beds or Bucks – and happy to travel for projects What you’ll get Company van (with personal use) & fuel card Pension Holiday allowance that grows with time PPE, tools, and branded kit provided A genuine opportunity to grow into a management role as the business expands Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industry Construction We’re not your typical contractor.
