Key Responsibilities Create amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics. Interact with customers and educate them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, front and back display, deliveries, and stock replenishment. Ensure cash management and adherence to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience preferred. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Excellent communication skills. Positive, professional attitude. Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
