Regional Partner Sales Manager Informatica is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager to join our UK & Ireland Partner team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in building and expanding strategic partnerships to drive mutual business growth. Reporting to the Director of Partner Alliances, you will play a key role in executing our go‑to‑market strategy and cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with a portfolio of partners. Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do Drive incremental business opportunities with key partners in the UK & Ireland. Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and business plan. Establish and align on joint KPIs (e.g., revenue, certifications, pipeline). Build and enhance relationships with partner organizations to grow shared business. Lead regular business reviews with internal and partner stakeholders. Define and implement strategic and tactical plans for sales and marketing initiatives. Support account planning and regional sales strategies to accelerate deal cycles and increase value. Collaborate closely with Informatica's sales and cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales specialists, technical) to coordinate joint activities and events that generate pipeline and revenue. What you will bring A strong sales mindset with a focus on driving pipeline and revenue growth. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence across teams. Experience representing a company in strategic partner relationships. A track record of building and expanding business through partnerships. Ability to engage with and influence key partner stakeholders and executives. Role Essentials A track record of exceeding targets in enterprise software sales. At least 5 years of experience in partner management and/or direct sales. Experience defining and executing a partner‑focused go‑to‑market strategy tailored to the UK & Ireland. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
