Health & Safety Manager Company: GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. Location: Harlow, United Kingdom Employment type: Full-time (Permanent) Seniority level: Mid–Senior level Job function: Management and Manufacturing This role will lead Health & Safety across our warehouse and transport functions. Working Monday–Friday during office hours, but requiring some managerial flexibility. Pay and Benefits: Salary up to £50,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Responsibilities Ensure compliance with UK legislation and GXO HSE policy through day‑to‑day site management. Coordinate HSE activities with local site teams. Provide and report statistics and performance information to management. Assist in internal and external audits and corrective actions. Qualifications Proven health and safety management experience, ideally within logistics. Ability to plan and execute the H&S site agenda, including annual events, education, and awareness. NEBOSH certificate qualified. Experience in accident investigation, including full analysis and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
