Your Mission Drive meaningful change by embedding inclusive practices across every stage of the colleague experience. You'll partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and colleague networks to strengthen representation, fairness, and belonging – positioning Southern Water as an employer of choice. What You'll Do Reset and lead our DEI strategy with a clear five‑year roadmap. Embed inclusion into recruitment, progression, reward, and performance processes. Build robust DEI data insights and external benchmarking to track progress. Reimagine talent acquisition for accessibility and inclusivity. Deliver impactful learning programmes focused on inclusive leadership. Empower colleague resource groups and amplify their voice. Represent Southern Water externally, leveraging best practice to drive internal impact. What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering DEI strategies in complex organisations. Strong knowledge of DEI frameworks, UK legislation, and cultural change methods. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage leaders and energise teams.
