Business Design Analyst - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ Join us at Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) to play a key role in keeping people safe from terrorism. Central to this effort is our Business Design practice, which combines strategy, organisation design, and management consulting to shape CTP’s future and drive transformational change. What is the job role and purpose? As a Business Design Analyst you will leverage new technologies, varied datasets, and specialist operational knowledge to conduct detailed analyses and develop evidence‑based solutions to CTP’s most complex challenges. You will collaborate with and build relationships across the public sector, playing a pivotal role in reacting to and reshaping the country’s counter‑terrorism approach. Key roles and responsibilities Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to define organisational problems, design appropriate solutions, and determine the impact of both on CTP’s operating model. Support the translation of complex organisational problems and solutions into simple compelling narratives that achieve broad business consensus. Lead the organisation of workshops, stakeholder engagement, and other relevant meetings and boards. Proactively assist in maturing the business design practice, expanding your own and others’ skillsets, providing assurance, and developing new approaches.
