Cladder

Our client a London based Cladding Contractor currently seek an experienced Cladder to Bolster their site team on a Premier Inn Hotel refurbishment in Liverpool, Merseyside. The work itself is fitting a top hat rail system and external Brick Slip Slips. It is essential that you hold a blue CSCS card and can provide recent work references that demonstrate a solid working background. Responsibilities Install cladding systems on buildings, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment. Read and interpret schematics to accurately execute installation plans. Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for fabrication and installation tasks. Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and masonry to ensure seamless integration of cladding with other building elements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections of installed cladding to ensure durability and performance. Experience Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential. Familiarity with roofing systems and techniques is advantageous. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, or masonry will be considered a valuable asset. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be at least 12 weeks work.
