We also manage the wider medicines supply chain and other companies who undertake work on our behalf.By joining Eisai, you will be working for an organisation with a human healthcare philosophy, which means that we put the patient first in everything we do.Your new roleThis role has the responsibility to manage, create and deliver training primarily for the production activities (Packaging and Manufacturing) at the EML Production facility in Hatfield and to support the wider teams within EML to ensure training activities are completed compliantly in line with business requirements.The role as a technical trainer needs to create and develop the training programme designed to educate and upskill the Operators from onboarding and then continuous refresher and upskilling within the Production team through Instructor-Led, on-line training to develop employee skills, knowledge, understanding and competency.The individual is a training professional whose focus is to train and upskill the production teams and wider business within a GMP environment. The role is responsible for the operational technical training, whilst also supporting EHS and GMP training for the production operation.What are we looking for?Job holder must possess very high levels of aptitude in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Good technical writing skills.Experience in using e-learning tools to support the delivery of training materials using multiple media types.Knowledge and experience of pharmaceutical packaging and manufacturing operations, including GMP knowledge.Good Communication skills across different levels in the organisation (e.g. Ops, OLT).Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.Training qualification (CIPD, City of Guilds, Train the Trainer, or equivalent).Preferable experience in in understanding adult learning principles such as ADDIE or Kirkpatrick.Knowledge of designing and delivering training and blended learning or equivalent experience.Collaborate with cross-function teams to foster a strong quality and continuous improvement mindset.A proactive, self-starter, highly accountable.Highly professional and able to operate effectively under pressure with competing priorities.Be able to manage own workload, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills.Positive Energy.What we offer in returnEisai offers a competitive salary and excellent wider benefits package that includes,Hybrid working (Depending on role)Car/Car Allowance (Depending on role)Electric charging points for Electric/Hybrid vehiclesDiscretionary BonusFree onsite parkingSubsidised onsite restaurant and coffee shopLearning and development opportunitiesWell-being & mental health awareness programmesMulti-faith prayer roomYou will also be based out of our excellent EMEA Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility, which is our EU Headquarters, and offers an inclusive, and collaborative working environment.What you need to do nextIf you are interested in this position, please click ‘apply now’ at the top of this advert.
