We are now seeking a strategic leader to join us as Director of Neighbourhood Services, reporting to the Executive Director of Customer and Community. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for delivering high‑quality neighbourhood services that will help us achieve our strategic objectives, and most importantly respond to the needs of our customers. You will lead and develop services which include tenancy management services, income services, independent living services, and independence and wellbeing services. As a proven or aspiring Director who is passionate about driving a customer‑first culture, you’ll bring to RBH: A strong track record of leading customer‑facing social housing teams. Experience of modernising housing services and instilling a culture of continuous improvement. Proven ability to lead cultural change and business transformation. Resilience, combined with the strategic insight required to contribute to our senior leadership team. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and an inspirational leadership style to motivate a team of around 80 colleagues. RBH is deeply rooted in Rochdale’s diverse and vibrant communities.
