Buyer's Admin Assistant Join Mountain Warehouse as a Buyer’s Admin Assistant. This role supports the buying team by ensuring smooth management of critical path deadlines and key administrative tasks. Responsibilities Set up and update critical path documents; liaise with suppliers for timely information; lead weekly critical path meetings. Collect and file approvals, update approval statuses, and manage approval‑related deliveries. Prepare and update PP presentations, verifying data accuracy before management meetings. Maintain FIT log and follow up after garment technical reviews. Ensure samples for sign‑offs and range reviews are prepared and ready in time for meetings. Manage parcel collection, logging and distribution. Apply branding guidelines: Swinger Tier system, RFID/barcode stickers, FTP system usage, and packaging requirements. Research competitors, customer and demographic data to support commercial decisions. Understand product end‑use and seasonality; flag packaging discrepancies. Conduct competitive shopping and benchmark pricing. Coordinate photography, photo shoots and web uploads; manage intake sheets. Use Office 365 tools; manage email flow, online meetings and Excel formulas; familiar with buying systems (BB), dashboard reports and range planning navigation.
