The Role: This role, based in Colchester, is within our client’s Commercial Property Team, specializing in assisting companies purchasing investment properties to rent out. The Candidate: A solid grasp of property law and the conveyancing process. Proven experience as a conveyancer. Excellent business development skills. A proactive and enthusiastic approach. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
