Requirements Qualifications Level 3 Award in Electrical Installations (18th Edition). City & Guilds 2391 or 2394 / 5. C&G 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent. EV Charging 2921–2931 (preferred). NICEIC or NAPIT accreditation (preferred). Solar PV 2399-11 (preferred). Experience and Knowledge Minimum 5 years qualified electrician experience. Domestic installation, testing and fault finding. Consumer unit upgrades and rewires. 3-phase light commercial (preferred). Experience with EV charging installations (preferred). Experience with Solar PV (preferred for future revenue streams). Job management systems (ServiceM8). Certification software (iCertify). Strong customer service and communication experience. Experience working in a service-driven environment. Existing teams of electricians also welcome (vetting required). Skills and Abilities Strong communication and client-handling skills. Confident using Apple iPad / iPhone and apps. Excellent organisational and self-management skills. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to follow systems, standards and procedures. Reliable, consistent and proactive.
