As Creative Operations Lead at Blacklane, you’ll lead the creative production engine that brings our brand to life every day across all points of communication. You’ll play a key role in a defining moment for Blacklane: as we evolve our brand identity and storytelling, your leadership will ensure creative excellence and bring operational precision that will drive efficiencies. By collaborating closely with all teams across the business, in particular marketing, and by guiding an agile in-house creative team, you’ll help shape how Blacklane shows up in the world as a luxury lifestyle brand. Your Impact and Responsibilities At Blacklane, we measure success by the meaningful change that each team member creates.In this role, you’ll: Own and optimise the end-to-end creative operations, including briefing, resourcing, timelines, approvals, and delivery. Implement and refine processes and tools with a particular emphasis on AI, to improve visibility, predictability, and efficiency across creative workflows. Act as the bridge between creative and stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable priorities and clear communication. Monitor and report on creative performance metrics, driving continuous improvement through insights and ongoing review of performance. Advocate for the creative function strategically, ensuring workflows, resources, and investment decisions enable long-term creative excellence. Liaise with external stakeholders including agencies and vendors where external support is needed to boost internal resource. Foster a supportive, high-trust culture, mentoring team members to work confidently, autonomously, and collaboratively. Your First-Year Roadmap Here’s what your journey at Blacklane could look like: 3 months: Immerse yourself in the brand, learn the creative and operational ecosystem, and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. 6 months: Take full ownership of studio operations and creative delivery. Implement improved workflows and deliver your first integrated cross‑channel campaigns. 12 months: Scale the studio’s capabilities. Build creative systems that elevate brand consistency, improve production efficiency, and strengthen Blacklane’s premium positioning across all touchpoints. About You You’ll thrive in this role if: You’re a creative operations leader with a balance of vision and execution. You bring 7+ years of experience in creative or production leadership, ideally in premium, global, or lifestyle brands. You have strong expertise in content production (photo, video, design, motion graphics) and deep understanding of digital channels. You have excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to mentor teams and manage multiple projects at pace. You’re confident working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across different functions and levels. You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about shaping the next chapter of a global brand. Fluent in English (German is a plus).
