# Housing Coordinator## Job IntroductionThis role is all about creating a seamless and positive experience for our customers – from their first enquiry to the end of their tenancy. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of Yorkshire Housing, helping customers navigate everything from property marketing and tenancy changes to mutual exchanges and general housing queries. **What you’ll be doing:*** Acting as a single point of contact for customers, providing a personable and helpful service. You’ll do this via various channels and be responsible for this workload and the various channels enquiries come through.* Supporting customers through the pre-tenancy and onboarding process.* Managing tenancy change requests, mutual exchanges, and end-of-tenancy coordination.* Accurately and efficiently manage the shortlisting and allocation process.
