OverviewBrand Ambassador – Gucci at Coty. Full-time, 37.5 hours over 5 days a week. Initial 6 month FTC covering maternity leave. Location: Flannels, Liverpool.ResponsibilitiesPerform Make-Up and niche fragrance consultations to drive sales and brand loyaltyBuild relationships with customers to influence and upsellAchieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIsLead by example as a brand ambassador, protect the equity for Coty brands, and adhere to uniform and grooming guidelinesMaintain strong working relationships with in-store Coty team and retailer staff/managementUse iPad for email, reporting and VM guidelinesRequirements / QualificationsKnowledge and experience in makeup artistry; fragrance knowledge preferredExperience working with luxury beauty brandsStrong sales background with targets-driven mindsetAbility to build strong relationships with in-store retail teamsTeam & CultureJoin a Coty team that collaborates with the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, National Account Manager, Regional Education Ambassador and Area Manager.
