This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our MD and be part of the growing Inside Out Contracts team, one of the UK’s leading commercial furniture suppliers.Candidates should be well presented, have a good attitude, excellent numeracy skills, polite phone manner, IT skills, careful attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.While primarily office-based, it is encouraged to meet clients at least 2 days a week onsite, at their premises, or in the showroom. You will have access to our database of over 17,000 clients, including live projects ready for progression and sales conversion.Job DutiesDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying new business opportunities among existing and new clientsResolving pre- and post-delivery issues with clientsServing as the main contact between clients and internal teams (production, design, marketing)Responding promptly to new inquiriesHandling new inquiries via our “enquiry pool”Calculating costs, generating quotes, and negotiating pricesLiaising with clients and suppliers throughout the sales processMaintaining and updating our CRM systemCreating and delivering presentations to clientsAttending industry events and trade showsConducting market researchParticipating in internal Lunch & Learn sessions to enhance product knowledgeSkills & ExperienceExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both spoken and writtenProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with CRM systemsPrevious administrative experience, ideally in a commercial environmentAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressureNegotiation and relationship-building skillsInitiative and proactive attitudePunctuality, reliability, and adaptabilityStart Date: June/July 2025What We OfferGreat prospects in a fast-growing companyWorking hours: 9:00-17:30, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch breakFriendly team environment, including an office dogTeam nights out when targets are metOur main office is located above our modern showroom in Greenwich, London, SE10.
