Participate fully in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school‑wide CPD. Provide effective feedback and implement intervention strategies for student progress. Foster a safe, stimulating, and positive learning atmosphere in the classroom. Act as a tutor, offering pastoral support and guidance to a designated group of students.
