Are you an Assistant Estimator with experience in Mechanical & Electrical/Fabric projects, looking to join a rapidly growing business aiming to double in size with the next year. Regional contractor that specialise in M&E, fit out, refurbishment, construction & maintenance. They work with several blue-chip clients and main/sub-contractors along with various government agencies, and housing associations nationally. Responsibilities of an Estimator Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices. Learning from 1-on-1 from Senior members of the team Develop cost estimates for M&E projects, covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for M&E/Fabric projects. Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations. Looking further training and development into senior positions Requirements for an Estimator Relevant construction related degree or qualification. Experience on projects from £100K - £2.5m. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Mechanical and Electrical systems. Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, regulations, and best practices Benefits for an Estimator Negotiable Base Salary around £35k. Exciting projects.
