It’s a fantastically challenging, varied, and agile role.Every day, you will be operating at the boundary of technological exploration by inventing new solutions and enhancing existing hardware. Typically, this will involve analysis, computational modelling, prototype design, invention, laboratory testing, process development, and manufacturing.Your problem-solving skills will be enhanced as you tackle complex electronic engineering challenges that test your deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and physical principles beyond pure electronics. You will also have many opportunities to expand your skillset into different areas, based on what interests you.RequirementsYou will ideally have 3+ years relevant experience working in electronics development, in particular RF PCB design and characterisation, have a proven track record of design and implementation of technological solutions, and hold a relevant degree. Proven experience with RF design tools (for example ADS, Microwave Office, CST) is essential.In addition, experience in any of the following is desirable:RADAR or communications applicationsMicrowave RF designEnd-to-end electronics development and testHigh speed digital PCB designDSPScripting for test and modelling (for example in MATLAB/Simulink, Python)We are keen to hear from Engineers with broad experience in any sector.
