A highly respected and growing consultancy in London is seeking an Associate Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager to join their established team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded Associate / Senior Cost Manager to take a leading role across high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments while shaping the direction of key client accounts.The successful Associate / Senior Cost Manager will operate at the forefront of project delivery, providing strategic cost leadership from early feasibility through to completion. Working closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders, you will influence commercial decisions, guide junior colleagues, and play a meaningful part in the consultancy’s ongoing growth.Associate / Senior Cost Manager – Key Responsibilities:Lead full pre- and post-contract cost management services across multiple projectsPrepare detailed cost plans, estimates, tender documentation, and feasibility studiesOversee procurement strategies and guide tender evaluationsManage contract administration, change control, and commercial reportingPresent commercial advice to clients and senior stakeholdersDrive value engineering and risk management initiativesMentor, support, and develop junior and intermediate team membersRepresent the business in client meetings, design workshops, and project reviewsAssociate / Senior Cost Manager – Candidate Requirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineChartered (MRICS) or with significant consultancy experience at Senior or Associate levelStrong technical understanding of both pre- and post-contract processesAbility to lead projects independently and manage multiple commissionsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsCommercially aware, strategic thinker, and confident in decision-makingExperience working across sectors such as residential, commercial, or mixed‑useIn Return:Salary between £75,000 and £80,000Hybrid and flexible working arrangements25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPrivate healthcare and enhanced pension contributionsPerformance‑based bonusClear pathways for progression to Associate Director and beyondExposure to major London schemes and long‑term client frameworksIf you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.01628 334720Reference #DM20955 #J-18808-Ljbffr
