Working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. Position Requirements To be considered you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Key Duties Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder. Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement. Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice. Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress. Leading shifts, mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team. Preferred Skills and Experience Excellent team working skills. A high level of self‑motivation and a flexible approach. A commitment to patient‑centred care and values‑based, evidence‑based practice. The drive to continually pursue personal learning and development. A can‑do attitude. Salary and Benefits Salary £36,176 – £41,953 per annum, depending on experience.
