Learning and Development Administrator

About The Role We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Learning and Development Administrator to join our centralised L&D function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping support the delivery of impactful training and development initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Talent Development Manager, including scheduling training sessions, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics. Maintain accurate training records and databases. Assist with onboarding processes and induction programmes. Prepare training materials and resources. Liaise with internal departments and external providers to support learning activities. Monitor attendance and feedback from training sessions. Support the implementation of digital learning platforms and tools. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or L&D. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Why Join Us?
